FAQ - What is the difference between archiving and deleting?

Archive entries that you want to keep but no longer want included in current totals. Archived entries do not create notifications or new recurring debts. You can restore or delete them from the Archived screen.

Delete entries only when you no longer need their history. Archiving is stored locally and is not synchronized across your devices, so you may need to archive the same entry separately on each device.
