FAQ - What should I do when Cloud Sync is not working?

Check your internet connection and open the Cloud Sync section in Settings. If the app shows a sign-in warning, sign in again so locally saved changes can continue syncing. If the account is connected, tap Sync Now and wait for the status to update.

Do not delete the app or remove local data while changes are still waiting to sync. If the problem continues, use Feedback in Settings and include the displayed error and the approximate time it occurred.
