FAQ - Archive entries

To archive a folder, simply use the archive button while in edit mode or the "more" menu in the detail view. You can also swipe right to left on an entry and select "Archive" to archive a person or debt.

You can view, restore, or delete archived entries on the "Archived" screen.

Please note that notifications and recurring payments for archived entries are turned off, and these entries will not be included in the outstanding sum calculation.

Keep in mind that archiving is not synced across devices. This means that if you archive an entry on your iPhone, it will still be available on your iPad. However, you can archive it on both devices if needed.
